I got stopped by a police officer whilst recording this because he saw me climbing on the edge of a ditch. He asked me if I was alright and I explained I was just playing with my cat. At this point Cornbread had come back up onto the grass and the cop said he was just checking on me because he saw me walking in the ditch and just wanted to check to make sure I was alright. He probably didn't notice Cornbread because he's naturally camouflaged to both my floor and those rocks. #CornbreadTheCat 3dd27231fe.mp4
@oneilnature@admin cornbread just came running from outside, jumped through the window, didn't see me on the couch, meowed up the stairs for me, I said, "I'm over here," he then looked at me, meowed quieter, happy that I was downstairs with him he then jumped into his chair tent. #CornbreadTheCat PXL_20240310_210144824.RAW-01.COVER.jpg
I was upstairs in the bathroom when I heard Cornbread's bell and a bird steaming for its life. Before I could get downstairs the bird had escaped and cornbread ran after it and was back at one of the spots he likes to watch birds.
I spent 20 minutes looking for Cornbread because his GPS tracker couldn't connect to LTE for over an hour. I decided to go home and hopefully he'd come back when he was ready but when I got home Cornbread was inside waiting on me looking at me through the open window.
