tomsart, 4 months ago to random #hiking at Archer Mountain, I still think its trail has the best trail signage in the area, since they have illustrations on them. I wish I knew how those came about, usually trail signage is at best functional and nothing else! Archer Point, very sharp, rocky ridge line overlooking the Columbia River, at the mountains across the river. Looking up at a fir with heavily mossy limbs highlighted by the sun behind the tree. Archer Mountain Trail going off at right, with a tree on left with a "Archer Mt Trail" sign, including a little illustration of some kind of elf in green firing an arrow in the direction of the trail.
