Joe Biden's early efforts to secure long-term aid for #Ukraine is paying off in terms of artillery shells thankfully. I noticed that one of our Army's factories in Pennsylvania that was producing under 5,000 shells per month in 2021 is already brought that up to almost 50k per month.
I'd advise all the Russians still on Ukrainian territory to return to Moscow as quickly as possible because soon it will be safer to fight Putin than Uncle Sam's allies.
@noelreports
If #Ukraine is able to get the average Russian soldier casualty rate up over 2,000/day and keep it there for more than a month than Putin may not be able to keep his army from retreating sometime in 2024.
On April 16, Ukraine struck a control center of the 331st Guards Airborne Regiment with HIMARS projectiles, killing 8 officers. Among them are the regiment's chief of intelligence, chief of artillery, chief of communications and senior assistant to the regiment chief of staff.

Putin attacked Uncle Sam. He made a huge mistake by invading #Ukraine in 2022 (2014 too of course but shamefully wasn't paying enough attention) because it provides the U.S. a good opportunity to make the Kremlin pay and end Putin's reign of terrror.
The UK is intensifying efforts to support Ukraine and has committed nearly £150m ($180m) to bolster Ukraine’s energy sector.
"We are continuing to work with G7+ partners to help Ukraine repair, protect and build back its energy system," head of the UK Delegation to the OSCE, Neil Holland said.

Solar panels, batteries and transformers along with wires and other infrastructure requirements need to be gotten to #Ukraine as fast as possible to make their grid more resilient by distributing production more.
@noelreports
Luckily Joe Biden and the Democrats were able to get four aid packages for #Ukraine passed when they controlled our Congress so that at least some of our weapons are still trickling in to help defend Ukrainians and democracy globally.
House Speaker Mike Johnson is in negotiations with the White House about funding for Ukraine, according to House Republican Leader Steve Scalise. Johnson has been discussing a package with White House officials, aiming to address Republican concerns while deviating from the Senate's $95 billion foreign security package.

We all know that #MoscowMike is going down to Mar-a-Lago today to coordinate with Putin's puppet to refine their plan to hand #Ukraine over to Russia without causing the GOP too much politically.
Ukraine promises the West to launch a counteroffensive in 2025 if they help it "hold out" in 2024. According to French military sources, "he who mobilizes first will win" in Ukraine. But both sides "don't want to take a decisive step."
"In Ukraine, society is showing signs of fatigue from a war that seems hopeless, even if what is at stake is vital," Le Figaro writes.
@noelreports
Now that #Ukraine has begun to build up their army with a new mobilization, Russia's orcs should be aware that their time in Ukraine's territory is coming to a close or they'll be buried there.
Member of the European Parliament Guy Verhofstadt with a very strong appeal to European countries to supply Patriot systems and stop acting so passively towards Ukraine. He proposed to remove the approval of the European Council budget from the agenda until member states can find the seven Patriot systems.
Defense Secretary Austin warned that Ukraine’s recent attacks on Russian oil refineries risk impacting global energy markets and urged the country to focus on military targets instead.
"Those attacks could have a knock-on effect in terms of the global energy situation. Ukraine is better served in going after tactical and operational targets that can directly influence the current fight," he emphasized.

I hate it that Russia's political technology has worked to convince so many people that Uncle Sam has stopped supporting #Ukraine
Regardless if they don't believe me that they've fallen for their hybrid warfare disinformation, I think that they should ask themselves whether or not damaging the political capital of the USA on the global stage is helping Russia and her allies or democracy and the rule-of-law.
@noelreports
Oh good, that reminds me of something that I want to state to the #Ukraine supporters. A big part of Putin's "plan" is to drive wedges between European countries and the USA. So, I would resist trashing Uncle Sam too much if things don't go the way you wish they would. Americans can be kind of sensitive snowflakes too.
The draft law on mobilization can be considered by the parliament already this week, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Stefanchuk said.
"This draft law has already been discussed in the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, and now a comparison table is being prepared for the second reading."
A US House vote on Ukraine aid isn’t likely until at least mid-April and possibly later with Speaker Mike Johnson still searching for ways to soften opposition from Republican hardliners, multiple party leadership officials said.
@noelreports
It's been obvious for a while that #MoscowMike will do whatever he can to block or at least delay sending military aid to #Ukraine
The discharge petition is the best hope as frustrating as that is so we need to figure out how to convince about 28 Republican representatives to sign it early next week.
Wild footage from Terny, Lyman direction. These are Vuhledar vibes all over again. A Russian mechanized column running into mines and Ukrainian fire one after another. In the end, Russians run off, leaving their stuff behind.
@noelreports
Seeing videos of so many Russian assaults getting blown up this year it's apparent that properly trained soldiers are more important than having a bunch of tanks and armored personnel carriers.
And for all of you Biden bashers declaring that the USA has been withholding military equipment from #Ukraine this is why you should trust our national security experts to provide what their soldiers are ready to use effectively.
Johnson promised to put aid to Ukraine to a vote after the Easter holidays.
This was stated by the chairman of the intelligence committee of the US House of Representatives, Mike Turner. Also, Mike Johnson allegedly made it clear that he supports Ukraine.
The Russian FSB claims four suspected shooters were detained in the Bryansk region within a few hours of each other. The weapons that were used during the attack on the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, were prepared in advance in a cache. After the attack, the shooters intended to cross the border of the Russian Federation and Ukraine and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side.
Russia has carried out the largest combined attack on Ukraine's energy system since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukrenergo reports. Hundreds of thousands of homes are currently without power. The most critical regions are Kharkiv and Dnipro.
@noelreports
With the price of solar and batteries down so low now while China's economy is reeling, it might be a good time for a lot of them to be sent to #Ukraine

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has said that Ukraine should be left as a “buffer zone” between Russia and the West, which would provide certain security guarantees but not admit Ukraine as a member of the EU or NATO.
