yeah. digital infrastructure minister. the dude that implemented Diia - digital documents and person verification /digital documents signing platform. very innovative. one of the few great things happened in our country since war started in 2014. the latest feature of yesterday is digital marriage. with Skype call formal optional procedure. will help the soldiers to get married even while on the frontline.
