Really, if you had installed any distro, including those based on Arch, many of your issues would have magically gone away.

Try a Virtual Machine. No one said you need to nuke anything. You were told you could try a VM.

But I would bet on a fresh install of any distro except vanilla arch, you would be fine.

You are making reviews covering KDE 6, but using the worst possible setup doing it. I and others have pointed out your issues are YOUR issues and others have tried to give you tips with you receiving different results.

At this point, you are no better than Linus Tech Tips doing a review of Linux.
