Ever set out to do a small project only to discover you need to do multiple other projects before you can commence on said small project?
That's where I am right now. I need to take the gearbox cover off my 10" metal lathe and replace a gasket on on the oil level sight glass.
Should only be an hour worth of work. Most of which will be cleaning old silicone gasket material off the gearbox cover.
But in order to do this I need to move a shelf and all the crap on it so I can position the shop crane to lift the lathe up enough to catch all the gearbox oil.
Then I need to clear a path for the crane. Then assemble the crane.
And of course I need to move a shit ton of other crap that's accumulated around the lathe.
@TactlessWookie I feel your pain. My jerky making session is going into tomorrow. At least the house smells like hickory ATM and I just restarted fallout 3
@graf Rob was working on some stuff for Gab to try and find a way to weed out all the huffington post and other leftist people who were joining with the specific purpose to scrape data to dox gab users. I understand what he was saying he just didn't say it in necessarily the most gentille manner.
