I was checking out the subreddit of the college I went to many years ago and it's full of Indians asking how to break the law by working cash jobs under the table (and calling anybody who says it's illegal a "racist white Canadian", threads about businesses blacklisting the college from hiring, threads from professors taking about cheating student epidemic.

keep in mind this college went from 90% local enrollment to almost 90% international enrollment, all Indians, in the last 3 years. it's crazy. they've taken what was once a prestigious school and literally shit all over it. why are Indians like this?

ive blocked the user agent string and blackholed the ip. apparently this guy @Drand was given grant money to do this and is conducting himself in a malicious manner. perhaps some of that grant money should be given to instance operators

they are busy policing shit outside of Russia because of their insanely high teen suicide rate then trying to deal with shit in their own country. it's pretty sad

they emailed our upstream about this, not the host of that box so I imagine they will pressure us to remove it so I already text our new datacenter owner to get something in line to move it and I'll do that tomorrow
