I got a withings for this, though after 2 years it stopped charging, been an expensive paperweight since. It should be fine for you if you treat it like it looks - I tend to be rough with my watches.

Been watchless since, had my eye on fossil but :(

You want a hybrid watch. I had one, a withings for a couple of years before it decided to stop charging (completely unrepairable of course). Does precisely what you describe and lasts for a month on a single charge
