  2. Don't try to modify the customer's speech in flight. Just recreate the speech entirely when it crosses a certain emotion threshold. "Now you better listen to me--" (Donald Duck voice kicks in). Guaranteed that dealing with angry customers would become a lot less unpleasant. You just gotta modulate, so that it's funny enough to preserve the call center person's mental health, but not so funny that they can't keep from laughing.

Dude they just kept $10 billion worth of civilian airplanes, like the shady employee who goes in the freezer every day and just makes himself food, scaled up to a whole nation state. I think the stealing Western stuff when they can get their hands on it gloves are off at this point.

Yeah. I think it's safe to say that Russia and China have figured out how to massively influence public opinion through careful engineering of social media.

I am quite sure that some people who've assured me of Russia's good intentions in all of this, and some people who've firmly been relaying to me certain of their views on US politics, are genuine for-real people who've been engineered to think what they think because they see other "people" saying the same on social media.
