I usually take mine black now, but when I first quit sugar I would put a splash of heavy whipping cream in my coffee. I found it brought out a rich nuttyness in th coffee that was quite pleasant. You only need a little though.
The metabolic shift is called "ketosis", which is where the diet gets its name. Basically, the body can turn your own fat into brain food called "ketones". When you eat carbs your body just gives those to the brain and stores the fat instead. The diet was originally developed because a small number of people's brains are intolerant of carb-food and it gives them seizures. The weight-loss application of the diet was only realized later when all the people who were on it medically were disproportionately thin compared to the population.
I was on keto for a few years, my carb target was I think 50g and that was the skinniest I have been since college. As a diet it really does work.
That was before anyone was making "keto-friendly" anything, we had to rice our own cauliflower and make our own cheese tortillas and everything.
That about sums it up: cops are useless while other people are in danger. You missed the part where they empty their mags 'cause an acorn landed near them though.

of course this is because that's how the content mafia works. everything is always "awesome" because as soon as you roast a publisher for releasing a dumpster fire you get blacklisted from all the keymailers.
Granted, I'm an old now, but why is pre-release copies a prerequisite? Are gamers really lining up outside the valve store day-of to pick up new releases in this crapola-rich environment? If I had time for games these days, I'd certainly also have time to wait for honest reviews before buying them. But maybe that's just old-brain thinking 🤷
