dumbass in my group is too fucking retarded to do a google search to troubleshoot. he's been struggling with including a library for WEEKS. fucking WEEKS he's done NOTHING. even if he never touched code in his life (he should have, already went through THREE programming courses), he should be able to FUCKING READ A STACKOVERFLOW QUESTION AND PIECE IT TOGETHER
There is no real Libertarian solution for managing radio. I have played out the technical challenges over and over and there is no angle that works. You need a centralized authority for large regions to organize allocation of bandwidth and transmission strength.
