Chernobyl was a massive clusterfuck of cost cutting and dangerous cheapness
Fukushima was due to an earthquake. Where there was issues with safety standards, it was in a large part due to the government and the event actually led to them making the regulator independent of the state
Three Mile Island did have some less than optimal things partially due to cost cutting but it also wasn’t a full disaster and didn’t really harm anybody, just causing people to react negatively because they were uneducated
Meltdowns aren’t even that bad really and plenty of power plants have operated without issue or accident, “capitalism” or not. The evacuations and panic often cause more problems than the actual event in the first place
