Epic updating its terms of service and one of their points is "Binding Individual Arbitration; Class Action Waiver" and right below that is "informal resolution" which states "If you have an issue that our customer support can’t resolve, prior to starting arbitration
You and Epic agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally to help get us to a
resolution and control costs for both parties." And a bunch of stuff about mods and security and account termination at their discretion and indemnity and are hiding the smallest thing about "small claims court" not being bound by the arbitration clause and I just gotta think that a security breach just happened to them and they're covering their ass ahead of time so they end up having to pay out the least amount possible when it comes to light by avoiding a class action lawsuit legally.
