i’ve been translating stuff on danbooru, partly as part of the process of learning JP
i once stumbled across someone on twitter using my exact translations, typeset it and then posted it as a reply to the artist’s tweet. well i honestly have zero problems with it
but recently i had someone actually DM’d me and asked for my permission to use my translations. if nothing else i appreciated the polite gesture
