I don't get this kinda thing. Do people not get the point of drawing? Art is special because you made it with your own hands, who cares if a bot can artificially reproduce it. Lifting is not made obsolete because forklifts exist.

People are hogging the 4090 because it has 24Gb VRAM and it's the best for AI shit.

That's why you'll find it at insane prices like 2k USD per unit

It did very well when i was fucking around stable diffusion for a while.

Still cheaper than the godawful 4070. :doge_laugh:

My budget is $400 and I don't intend to get the card until I'm ready to move the remaining ancient parts from the main PC to elsewhere. I'll keep eyes on the prices and will settle for a minimum if 8GB of VRAM if need be. I'm not exactly looking to generate even 2k resolution images.
