It turns out that these lamps use the color leds at 2700k. It appears they are at full brightness orange (red+green mix). When transitioning to 2200k the white leds simply get dimmer, and when transitioning to 3000k the white leds get a little brighter, the color leds shut off after 2900k.
So these are actually 3000k leds, if you want regular warm white without weird stuff in the light (red + blue + pwm strobing because the colors are mixed by switching, they are not on at the same time), you have to set it to 3000k.
