@Whitewall_Blasphemy@LouisConde If they were smart, they'd stop recruiting and start issuing letters of marque and reprisal with diversity waivers. But chances are, they'll tack on some paltry amount of debt forgiveness
There have been several attempts to revive the letter of marque, most recently was HR 6869 introduced in the House at 117th Congress. It's probably not going anywhere.
Voting is gay but if I found out my congressman was sponsoring bills to revive the letter of marque I'd go out to the polls specifically to check his box on my ballot just for being so utterly based.
