@RustyCrab@deprecated_ii I usually wear them 3 times then wash them, and even that is probably too often. I agree though I think it's weird that people will go month(s) without washing their jeans. I knew one person who would just freeze them when he wasn't wearing them and only washed them if they got stained.
Of course I'm talking about jeans I don't wear the same sweatpants or anything else day in and out. I just heard you're not supposed to wash jeans a lot apparently :shrugz: idk.
Depends how much time you spend outside with them on and how dirty they get, not a flat amount of time. shirts however should be washed every day because armpits smell.
@RustyCrab@deprecated_ii That pollen is probably why you've built the habit. I'll wear pants 3 or 4 times between washes unless I have to go move cables somewhere dusty or something else that visibly dirties them, then they go right into the wash. The pollen is always around, so the pants always need to be washed.
@Noraweed@deprecated_ii I don't understand how the pollen doesn't get to other people though. It's so damn potent unless they just aren't wearing jeans outside.
@RustyCrab@deprecated_ii Could be there isn't as much pollen where they live? I know even down to the street you're on you can get a large difference in how much pollen is in the air. Also some towns just don't have much pollen around if you're not just referring to people you know IRL.
