@coldacid i think the argument in favor of [real] capitalism is the sushi seller is trying to maximize profit, the market mediates access to the seller, and competition puts organic price controls on the sushi.
but yeah food people already have guaranteed repeat business. it gets a lot weirder with the tool economy than the service economy.
