@pry @tiskaan ex. we either need someone to succeed in reverse engineering IC production, or we need to work out how to machine vacuum tubes again.

there are some things we can hand build again (like the curta calculator), mechanical calculators and such, maybe up to electromechanical, but an apocalypse is a supply chain zero situation and electronic engineering is as bad or worse than an npm user about supply chain security
