@mischievoustomato it's nginx access log. some faggot in spain has it set to fetch every couple seconds all day long which results in like 10k requests. each request is proxied to twitter and every account has a limitation. 10k requests for some faggot updating his rss feed every couple seconds is 10k requests somebody who wants to actually use it properly without being a faggot can't, because the account will be limited and unable to be used for 24 hours
