I had to change pants because I was playing with a 40+ lb half pitbull half bulldog and she got mud on my pants when she was jumping up on me. Cornbread got in a fight with her and swatted at her.
She's still a puppy and is as friendly as can be but she's also really hyper. She wants to play with cornbread so bad but her hyperactivity and running right at cornbread to play makes him uneasy. I'm sure they'll be friends eventually.
Honestly I'm not too worried about Cornbread. He can easily get under a car or come inside to get away. I'm more worried that he'll attack the dog rather than the other way around.
It's also kind of funny because back when this dog was smaller than cornbread he wanted to bully her.
Cornbread is very curious and wants to get close to get a better look but when the dog sees him she she's like, "oh! A friend! Come on! Let's play!" and runs over to him at which point cornbread chooses to stand his ground.
@eee at least for now this dog doesn't pose any threat. She's a good girl. It seems most people are retarded and have no clue how to read and interact with animals. Some pitbulls are fine. Others are not. Instincts are a factor too.
This dog is also the emotional support animal of a 5-6 year old autistic child.
