Figures that while I search for Paint.NET replacements the most promising one would be a passion project held together with Visual Basic 6, duct tape, and prayers
@icedquinn Krita is way more in the Painter/Clip Studio Paint space, versatile as it admittedly is. https://photodemon.org/ this is the one I'm looking at
@allison@icedquinn krita is great, it's my goto. Often it's bulkier than I want though, and takes too long to open and export when I'd just want an MSPaint kinda thing. Haven't found a good equivalent for that yet.
