@haberdasher@Spingebill@Shadowman311 i ain't gonna post about what prices are like in my area, they're unreasonable but still a lot lower than what you're looking like, i foudn a house that is "unsafe to enter" for 90k, but it's on 6 acres, but you can't live in the house shrug
