kids are wonderful and amazing people. i'm leery of anyone who dislikes them
this isn't just the pedophilia talking either. like, genuinely, i can't fathom how someone can dislike kids, outside of some moral failing. like, anxious around kids and not wanting to feel anxious, i get that. like, you don't want to hurt a kid on accident, or you don't want to upset parents, yeah, alright, work on you, you already know you're the issue. but folks who are just no-holds-barred 'i hate kids, ew, get them away from me', yeah, we can't be friends, and i'm not wasting my energy on that. admitting that may be crummy of me, but, like, we all have biases, and that's one of mine
