I am 100% certain that her posts coming back here were odd and uncharacteristic.
I am 95% certain that many of them are uncharacteristic of human speech (with a small unlikely carve out for someone on drugs)
I am 70% certain that many responses are being generated by an LLM with some human interactions mixed in.
I am 50% certain that the person running the account is bot herself. Other options from hacking to admin takeover seem less likely.
Bot seems like the kinda gal that would use the same password and email on everything. Hacking isn't out of the question.
