@MagicLike @Shark jack was meant for pro audio. it locks to an audio interface and then does some cool routing stuff.

pipewire does most of the same stuff and will speak both pulse and jack at the same time though :cirno_shrug: there was a fediblob who made his whole surround sound system out of pipewire and a pile of cheap dongles
