A lot of stuff that used to work with X turned out to be huge security violations.

Not entirely sure about dragging from one window to another, tho'.

i'm still mad that with the gnome archive manager app, i can't do this 😭 , so I just copy paths and paste them while extracting.
In general, if your things run in Wayland mode, they should work (unless it's firefox, on firefox for some reason randomly drag and drop stops working, unlike chrome)

It does get very annoying....this transition is setting back the linux desktop
