US House will presumably be able to proceed to vote on aid to Ukraine after Easter. This will likely be a modified package favored by House Speaker Johnson, intended to make part of the aid, a loan.
"Johnson said his commitment is to put it on the floor after Easter. And we are working on this bill," Senator McCaul said.
