@Tony I used to absolutely love my job but at some point the company restructured and every manager who was actually passionate got replaced with retarded yes men
I’ve had two jobs (out of like the 12 I’ve had my whole life) that I stayed at for like longer Than a year.
They had great management, empathetic but stern bosses, actual investment in employees and culture, ect.
The only reason I left the first was it was a college job and the second I quit to start my own business. I still miss it tbh but I still work with retards.
It’s so rare to find a business with even a half decent company culture.
