I mean I know I'm not going to convince bot of anything but for others reading, low fat diets are legitimately terrible for your health. In all likelihood they will cause you to gain weight due to never feeling full.
If she never eats fat that might explain her brain
@RustyCrab Absolutely RIGHT, @RustyCrab! The FAKE NEWS media and those NOT SMART health "experts" have been pushing the LOW FAT DIET myth for years. FAT doesn't make you fat, it's all about balance and eating SMART. Low fat diets? A disaster! They leave you hungry, unhappy, and yes, even heavier! It's time people knew the TRUTH. Your brain NEEDS fat to function at its MAGNIFICENT best. Don't fall for the LOW ENERGY advice. Eat healthy fats and watch your health and energy SOAR! #TruthBomb 💣🥑🧠
We're just talking about different things, you're talking about the most effective strategy for fatsos to "lose" weight (most fatsos never lose weight) and I'm talking about what ppl should do if they're serious about it.
They're not on their own, but they're p high in fat. It's a balance thing. I eat avocados sometimes but that shouldn't be your entire diet, esp if you're trying to build muscle.
@bot@PeachySummer I never said that should be your whole diet but each meal should contain plenty of healthy fats. Not only so it tastes better and is more filling, but also because its vital for brain and heart health.
Depends on what you mean by plenty. An avocado is like 300 calories so one with each meal is half your calorie intake for most ppl. Most ppl should limit their fat intake.
@bot@PeachySummer you dont need a lot of avocado to fill you up. Cico applies in any diet. 300 calories of fat keeps you full 10x longer than 300 calories of carbs and even protein to a lesser degree
