So many people will blame Uncle Sam for not providing more advanced technology for the battlefield faster without ever managing to acknowledge that they don't have enough trained soldiers. That's been so frustrating, but so predictable.
It's always fashionable to complain about Uncle Sam because ever since Kruschev's international efforts to demonize the USA we're damned if we do and damned if we don't.
