>stop asking for a price to performance ratio
>you need to consoooooom
:soy_cry:
If benchmarks really don't matter then if you are forced to spend $2000, would you pick the GTX 1030 or the RTX 4090?
Benchmarks do matter and the shill consooooomer that says otherwise is cope.
Competition only exists if every company was is constantly improving their products, if only one made a product worth buying and everything else is subpar then that's the illusion of competition.
5-10% improvement compared to last year isn't innovating, gimmicks aren't innovating, removing features to resell isn't innovating, it's stagnation.
@soravu Honestly, if I were forced to pick between the two, I'd probably pick the 4090 purely because it'll probably last me a lot longer than a 1030. Won't have to upgrade for a few generations at least.
In my opinion, the major retards are the ones who think they need to upgrade every generation when the card they already have is still perfectly fine.
@soravu Obviously I understand what you're saying, but if I were lacking a GPU and was forced to choose between those two, I'd get the newer one and keep it for a couple of years. Probably until it broke down, really.
