Maybe get a cabin in the woods. Like some small wood municipality and get food and stuff once in a while. It sounds very cozy. Or Nordland (Northern Norway) a house by the sea with the massive mountains listening to the wind enjoying coffee. it's only bad in institutional type of places
@Dicey@icedquinn Yeah I think loneliness is more about just your ability to connect with your surroundings in general, which is why someone can feel okay alone but lonely when with their friends, and why solitary confinement is one of the worst tortures anybody can experience but being alone in the woods is simply tranquil.
@mischievoustomato@hidden@Dicey i got maybe two ttrpgs out of fedi total since i came to blob. i got to sit through one where one of the people thought shidding and farding every turn was great d&d and another where i got sacked as a support for people who wouldn't even show up half the time.
the past two weeks i sit in a chair, drown, pass out randomly, pretty much talk to nobody (when i can even speak), while family just neglects me to doomscroll. then i log in to $social where people lie about shit and then i catch them hooking up with other people and they just go mad hamster about the whole thing.
