Why do boomers think like this? They’d rather sell their houses they bought for cheap before the housing crisis and use the profits to go on a cruise than pass it on to their offspring, then complain that the younger generations just don’t work hard enough
@mushroom_soup i dunno if i still have it but there was a paper that talked about the social fabric was destroyed around the time of the boomers. they were tracking things like trust in government and trust in neighbors and both were really high for the silent generation but basically went to zero since then
