@noelreports how can they legally deport such people back? AFAIK it goes against human rights. (non-refoulement)

If they are asylum seekers, because they flee from a country where there is war, how the hell do you send them back?

I don't see any legal option today. I wonder what they'll do to bypass this.

The temporary protection is set to expire in 2025 (
https://whoiswho.euaa.europa.eu/temporary-protection) and even without that, you can "just" apply for asylum as other refugees do.

Not sure what's gonna happen...
