@Vril_Oreilly@RustyCrab@binkle he's from an alternate reality where humans descended from starfish that's not a spine it's an oral groove it's what they eat through (the "mouth" you see is only for vocalization) they have a weird radial symmetry where one arm sprouts a "head" on the end and the others have a kind of foot/hand hybrid on the end but they all have eyes and noses (which are used for respiration and smell). In some cases two heads can emerge on the same body and it's instinct as well as tradition for them to fight and the winner to eat the loser, having two heads on the same body is extremely taboo in their religion, similar to the partaking of both the tree of life and tree of knowledge. The arm SHOULD grow back with a hand or a foot as normal but if another head grows back the individual will be beaten to death with hammers and baseball bats (they have baseball in this universe).
