@graf Ok. Sounds like a muscle strain/sprain. No big deal. Had many many of those.

Ice and/or heat can help. Although for certain types of injury one of those can make it worse so try both and see if one makes it worse or not. You can take over the counter pain pills if you want. Normally I just live with it and don't do anything to it and just wait til it goes away.

@graf ice it down on the reg, try to limit activities that exacerbate the pain
