Despite this month being mostly about pride, it's also true that June is about men's mental health!
All people who fall into the men umbrella, regardless if assigned at birth or not, take care of yourselves! Remember that your struggles are incredibly valid and you shouldn't feel bad about about crying or feeling weak, we're all humans after all
