this stuff has been good so far. No helmet head. Way better than anything I've gotten in a store. The only downside is that it's very difficult to scoop and rub on your hands, but you can mostly solve that by using a spoon to smear it on your palm. Apparently that's sort of a 'feature not a bug' thing. Allegedly the goopier a pomade is, the worse results you get from what I've read and experienced. There doesn't seem to be much way around it.
Really easy to apply too much, but it just takes practice.
