I feel like the non-freaks in tech should care that their industry was taken over by freaks and those freaks are driving good engineers away but it sure seems like nobody really cares

@RustyCrab @deprecated_ii Understandable. "Nothing ever happens", does apply for a time. However, look at how suddenly the Bolshevik Revolution kicked off in Russia in 1917. No one saw it coming.

Another example - the 1991 Balkan War. Nothing was going to happen until the Yugoslav Federal Government started shelling Sarajevo.

The point is, it would be unwise to assume that things will always be this way. Personally, I am bracing for hell on earth on the North American continent. It will become an ungovernable land of tribalistic warfare that will rage for a long time. Even federal agents are going to become food for the wolves. It will be a nightmare and I am certainly not looking forward to it, but one of the few good sides is the death of this vile, irredeemably evil government.

When it happens, it will catch everyone - especially the, "Nothing is going to happen," crowd - off guard.

Stay strong and keep fighting the good fight.
