Ok my glorious 3 day weekend is over :blobabouttocry:
I had a fantastic weekend, I finished my Alien Hives, and I got the extra units I wanted for my HDF basically finished. I printed up a bunch of terrain between my resin printers and my fdm printers.
Before long I’ll be able to find players to teach OPR and properly host a game.
And to soften the blow that it is now the evil long week, should I survive the 60hrs of incoming bullshit, I have the entire next week off.
@susie@jamie interlacing is different from variable framerate. i had to run deinterlace stuff on my old JVC camcorder. (i used that when i did the ploopy headphone video.)
thankfully gopros do not require that kind of shitbaggery. the BMD would require a whole different amount of suffering (developing RAWs in to cineform or something) but there are severe advantages to that.
@jamie as i understand it the media game is for sketchy chinese company to send out free stuff to anyone who hasn't been blacklisted for giving out bad reviews. then they say "its great" after using it for sixteen minutes, and get their next free thing in a week or two.
there was a guy who did drawing tablet reviews who had a retirement video about this sham.
@icedquinn Setting up an XMPP server isn’t something I can do at a drop of a hat – I don’t know the first thing about it, for one thing, nor do I presently have the server resources or the finances to get some.
Cee knows how to get hold of me, if he really wants to. As much as I’m glad to hear Cee is still out there doing his thing, he has to wait in the queue like everyone else.
Excited to get my first resin printer, but it’s going to be a whole month wait for it to ship in Canada :blobsad:
Work tomorrow is looking much better, windchill still bringing it down to -31c but that’s a lot better then the -40c originally projected. I’ll take it lol, and the day after is half as bad. It’ll be a cold, miserable night but just one that’s really bad. I make it to the other side I get 3 days off. Really looking forward to that. :blobmelt:

Did some tedious but necessary work on JTP1. I’ve got a few items more that are tedious left to do unfortunately and that’s a slog. It’s gotta be at least 85% done at this point though. :blobenjoy:
