C is one of the only languages in existence where any code you write will last a long time because of the abundance of compilers and people wanting to support the language

Whenever I've written code I've always done it in a really uncomfortable environment where like the laptop shakes mildly while typing. Then I set the laptop down on a proper desk (not a fuckin dinner table) and it's like wow this feels so awesome
