i go periods where i delete social media, thinking about giving up specifically the apps i scroll a lot on. fedi is actually less addictive so i'll prob keep it
back to tracking calories and planning to go jim (when i'm not sick). this time i'm hoping to take care of my body in a healthy way, not exercising out of self-loathing
i used to be really into learning the dark truths about the world we live in, and at a certain point i just stopped worrying. it eats away at you. satan reigns over the powerful, he's the "god of this age" (2 cor 4:4). trusted individuals do things that are unspeakable and knowledge of such things would drive the average person to suicide. but i'm not interested in getting my head blown off so i don't go looking for information to accuse people.
