Thinking of leaving Lemmy for kbin or mbin to have Mastodon integration. Mastodon is my favorite place in the fediverse and it looks like kbin/mbin will allow me to interact with EVERYTHING under one account rather than have a Lemmy and Mastodon account.
Not a mobage/gachage player, but was surprised to see this new community sprout up....

First of all the upgrade removed my pinned contacts and apps, so I had to start the game of whack a mole all over again. The default suggested apps and contacts were apps I never used and people I never contact....
While not illegal, basically nothing I would do on Telegram is something I would want associated with my IRL phone number, lol. Of course, Telegram is very much set up to prevent the creation of an account without a phone number, even though they have a desktop client....

After getting email working for sister site, kbin.burggit.moe, I quickly added it to here too. So password resets should be a thing here now. Kbin has a strict requirement for functioning email to verify users. There’s no setting to toggle it off....
Should be self-explanatory. Heard that they were starting on getting federation to work.
I use Komoot for wild walking and biking, and it’s incredible. Hugely more accurate and reliable. Just wondering if there’s something like that for city and intercity travel. Thanks for suggestions!

There are tons of Notes app available in the playstore and f-droid. I have use my fair share of them these are my best 5 recommendations. All of these are free to use and have to pay extra if you want specific features....

Many of us have numerous apps installed on our smartphones, and a significant portion of them go unused....
