if your friend group:

1. has a specific person/group they're rallying against
2. requires certain actions/statements from you
3. ostracizes you for asking questions
4. frequently does what they accuse others of
5. gives vague answers that just confuses you further

you're not in a healthy environment, and should start asking more questions
