gf watching a true crime show about a nigger crime ~10 years ago
I knew the injustice system worshiped niggers but I had wrongfully assumed it only got bad in the last 5-6 years
The story:
>some nigger moved from NYC to Maine with his nigger wife & nigglets
>Makes all his money selling crack
>Police know this and do nothing
>He convinces local White woman to leave her husband & steal his car
>Then the nigger kills her & dumps the car
>Some retard on the show says he used a "HiPoint Smith&Wesson in 40 caliber"
>They keep showing a Glock 21L on the screen
>Nigger executed her at his rental
>Niggers made such a mess at the rental (before killing the woman) that the landlord kicks them out for renovations
>Like always cops try to pin it on the husband because they don't have evidence to convict the nigger because the renovations already started which disturbed the crime scene
>Nigger realizes they're onto him and runs away back to NYC leaving his wife in Maine
>Husband's alibi is rock solid (at work on security footage) so now they go after the nigger woman because maybe she was jealous her nigger husband was sleeping with this White woman he kidnapped
>Then they find out that the murderer woman was raped first so they try to get NYC to cooperate in finding a nigger criminal
>Of course they don't
>The nigger even admits he did it on the phone to the murdered woman's husband
>NYC still does nothing
>Judge eventually throws that evidence out because the nigger didn't know the police were listening to the call
>District attorney doesn't want to do anything because it's a nigger crime in Maine
>Finally they get a breakthrough when they interview the neighbor who saw the nigger dump the body into the stolen car from the niggers apartment
>They lure the nigger back to Maine because his wife needed money for their kids
>Identified in a lineup by the neighbor
>But the DA still wants more
>They finally find the bullet in the wall
>State crime lab does Hollywood forensics (firearm forensics are 99% fiction)
>DA finally quits blocking it and he's sentenced for 42yrs

@elftummy I fucking hate people believing in firearm forensics so much. Glock is pumping out 10k barrels a week probably and all of them are made on cnc machines you can take any glock or similar gun and match the grooves on a bullet also shot from any other same model gun. It's a process that can lead you to narrowing shit down but people think it means it matched to that exact gun like its dna.

elftummy,
@elftummy@poa.st avatar

@TalmudTranslator libtards believe you can put serial numbers on the firing pins so each bullet will be marked
No, they don't understand the difference between casing and bullet either

graf,
@graf@poa.st avatar

@elftummy @TalmudTranslator maybe they should worry about casing some batches

>Judge eventually throws that evidence out because the nigger didn't know the police were listening to the call

Can you explain this, because I physically recoiled in confusion at this ruling.

elftummy,
@elftummy@poa.st avatar

@tyler there is no legal rationale for this. Judges do stupid stuff like this all the time to help niggers even though it's not legal for them to do it.

AGARTHA_NOBLE,

@elftummy @tyler I think we need to Andrew Jackson, and remove all judges from power.

It'd be fine if the judges themselves had a check so that way innocent people don't get railroaded for no reason and had no redress of grievances.

The only way to get a correction is to get an appeal, and that costs an insane amount of money that you can't usually get back.

@tyler @elftummy @AGARTHA_NOBLE I think the founders of our country had it in mind that citizens could handle personal grievances with a duel or just vigilante justice a nigger. The modern judaized system takes advantage of this oversight as much as it can.

@MeBigbrain @tyler @AGARTHA_NOBLE lynching was totally legal for the majority of this country's history. It wasn't federally outlawed until 2022
And it was incredibly rare at all
Between 1882 and 1951 4,730 lynchings occurred of whom 3,437 were black and 1,293 were White
That's an average of fewer than 7 per year in a population ~154,000,000
Being super generous and using 1950s census the US had
~135M humans (Whites) vs
~15M niggers
0.000033% of blacks lynched per year on average
0.0000014% of Whites lynched per year on average
So blacks were 284× as violent compared to humans even back then.
And today I'm sure it's worse

Murder has been illegal since before ratification, ergo lynching has always been illegal. You don't need a law specifically stating "you can't kill someone by using a rope" to make it illegal.

@Humpleupagus @tyler @MeBigbrain @AGARTHA_NOBLE
We're using two different definitions of lynching then
The libtard definition is about any death of sacred niggers and jews
The correct definition of lynching is a community judgement of someone's guilt and subsequent punishment with or without the Washington regime's appointed systems

A lot people don't realize that many lynchings occurred within the confines of the justice system as it existed at the time
For example, especially in the old west, judges would often conduct speedy trial & execution when guilt was well-known within the community. These would be called unfair trials & lynchings in modern times.

They would also be illegal regardless of the federal statute. There is no federal murder statute, but we don't say murder is legal.

I think there's a confusion between what's "legal" and enforcement in your approach, unless your definition of legal is just "what ever happens is the law." In that case, nothing is illegal until it is.
