@thendrix@sjw@icedquinn it wouldn't be too hard to force hasbro to sell off FR, just highlight any of greenwood's works where he talks about the ritual orgies or the popularity of prostitution, point out they're canon, and claim that wotc's promoting rape culture or misogyny or something else stupid. it has enough baggage to trivially turn it into a toxic asset they're desperate to get rid of.
i don't care enough about d&d to bother but if anyone wants to do this, just find a few sex-related paragraphs from the books and talk about it a lot in any d&d circles to get it started. it's the sort of thing that has its own legs. it'll help if you make the accusations poorly evidenced or somewhat convoluted, because people busy arguing about how true your statement is don't have the time to argue against it.
