@Myshkin@vriska@graf The best eggplant parms i've ever had have been in these weird hole-in-the-wall places, like restaurants that are 'around back' and/or only open 14 random days out of the month. But damn that eggplant was good.
@Tepid_Tapir@Myshkin@vriska what you just said is me and poutine. i’ve never had a good poutine from a well known place. not even its origin in montreal this past summer. it’s always the places you don’t expect to have it or don’t expect it to be good. places you could drive by a thousand times and never know it’s there
