There are definitely some points gained from simply being the childhood friend; though, that will not make up for a small (or god forbid, flat) chest. It might give them the edge over someone with slightly larger breasts, provided that the difference is not too large.
And of course, there’s the always present lactation and dommy factors to consider. If the competition has massive tits overflowing with milk AND they’re a dommy. Unless the childhood friend is also a dommy with massive lactating tits, it’s over.
